Redstone Income Fund, LP, was organized as a Delaware limited partnership on November 19, 2018 to operate as a private investment partnership and began accepting investors in October 2020. The Partnership’s investment objective is to achieve attractive income-oriented investment returns, with a secondary objective of achieving capital appreciation over the long-term. The Partnership seeks to achieve this objective by investing principally in publicly traded, marketable securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies.
